CT-TSA State Conference - February 6th, 2020
The official list of events (with modifications specific to CT-TSA) and state officer applications have all been posted on the website, with VEX IQ/EDR information, the conference registration forms, and the conference program soon to come! There are over $37,000 available in the Errol J. Terrell Scholarship Fund for CT-TSA students. These scholarships can be used on anything from getting a tie for the official TSA uniform to paying for conference registration for the state or national level. The application can be found at this link, and funds can be applied for at any time!
Errol J. Terrell Scholarship - December 11th, 2019
6 schools from Connecticut went to this year's national conference in National Harbor, Maryland, and with great success! Two middle schools attended this year; from Hamden Middle School, Mya Clouse and Lillian Jermain placed 6th in Mass Production, and from Sage Park Middle School, Cody Miller took 2nd place in Website Design! Four high schools attended the conference; from Hamden High School, Paige Campbell and Jaden Stone placed 10th in Structural Design and Engineering, from E.O. Smith High School, Brenna Lynn placed 4th in Photographic Technology, and from Choate Rosemary Hall, Polina Ermoshkina placed 2nd in Dragster Design! Additionally, the Connecticut delegation helped host a meeting with delegations from New York, California, Germany, and Turkey, and fostered international connections! Congratulations to everyone who attended!
